Aqua Hotels & Resorts said it is taking over management of the Hotel Molokai and changing the name to Aqua Hotel Molokai.
Honolulu-based Aqua will manage the hotel for owner Beachtree Properties. Aqua Hotel Molokai, on Kamiloloa Beach, is designed after a Polynesian village and features accommodation options including garden and ocean front bungalows and a honeymoon suite.
"Aqua Hotels is a great match for this resort," said George Joosten, resort operations manager of Beachtree Properties.
The addition of the Moloka'i property brings to 14 the number of hotels and resorts managed by Aqua.

First-year projections indicate an estimated 12,000 Kaiser Permanente members and qualified uninsured will benefit from the broad range of screenings and services available on the mobile health vehicle.
