Hank's Haute Dogs in Honolulu made the nation's top 10 for franks in a bun as named by Bon Appetit magazine in its August edition.

In celebration, Hank's is offering a free haute dog with the purchase of any hot dog on July 19 at both its Coral Street and International Marketplace locations. Hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Coral Street and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the International Marketplace. An abbreviated menu will be offered on that day.
Bon Appetit's list, created in consultation with food writers and others around the country, names the top 10 places in the U.S. to have a hot dog and specifically touts Hank's Portuguese sausage dog.
