Domestic argument leads to terroristic-threat charge
Kaua'i police yesterday arrested a 25-year-old Princeville man and charged him with four counts of first-degree terroristic threatening.
Perez Gonday Ragagad was being held at police cellblock, with his bail set at $20,000.
Police officers responded about 8 a.m. to a report of a domestic argument at the Hale Honu apartments in Princeville.
Ragagad allegedly confronted the officers with a machete and made verbal and physical threats toward them. Shortly before 9 a.m. Ragagad dropped the machete and surrendered, police said.
