Waikiki robbery suspect captured in Georgia

Deputies and officers from the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested a man outside a Georgia hotel today who is wanted for allegedly committing an assault and robbery in Waikiki on Aug. 30, 2008.
Quadralis Watson was arrested outside a hotel in Blackshear around noon.
The Honolulu Police Department featured Watson on CrimeStoppers and received a tip that Watson was seen in the area of Macon, Ga. The police detective contacted the U.S. Marshals Office in Hawaii for assistance and the case was referred to the Southwest Regional Task Force. Based upon this tip Watson was located and arrested.
Watson is currently pending extradition back to Hawaii to face prosecution for the robbery.
