The Hawaii Farm Bureau Federation is launching a fourth farmer's market 4 p.m. tomorrow at the Blaisdell Center.
The market will be held in conjunction with the annual Ag in the City event, a showcase of local agriculture normally held at Honolulu Hale. This year, since many of the participants will also be vendors at the market, both events will be held at the corner of Ward Avenue and Kapiolani Boulevard from 4 to 7 p.m.
The market itself will become a weekly event, and like the others at Kapiolani Community College and in Kailua, Mililani and Waianae, it will be a place to shop for fresh produce other products from the state's diversified agriculture community, as well as pick up baked goods and hot food prepared on the spot.
