Paramount Pictures says Diane Keaton is "in good health and spirits" after falling and bumping her head on the set of her latest film.

Keaton, 63, suffered the injury yesterday in New York, where she was filming the comedy "Morning Glory," co-starring Harrison Ford and Rachel McAdams.

Keaton won an Academy Award for 1977's "Annie Hall." She's been nominated three other times — for "Reds," "Marvin's Room" and "Something's Gotta Give."

ROYALS COST BRITISH $68.6 MILLION A YEAR

Public funding for Queen Elizabeth II and the royal family cost British taxpayers the equivalent of $1.14 each last year, according to accounts published yesterday.

The Queen's office said that the costs incurred by the royal family were $68.6 million in the year to March 31, an increase of $2.48 million on the previous year.

It means supporting the royal family cost British taxpayers an extra 5 cents each last year.

Public money is used to pay the costs of travel and operating and staffing homes used by the royal family, including the Queen's Buckingham Palace residence.

MAYS LIKELY DIED OF HEART ATTACK

Television pitchman Billy Mays likely died of a heart attack in his sleep, but further tests are needed to be sure of the cause of death, a medical examiner said yesterday.

Hillsborough County Medical Examiner Vernard Adams said Mays suffered from hypertensive heart disease, and the wall of the left ventricle of Mays' heart and the wall of one of his arteries were enlarged. The boisterous, bearded 50-year-old known for hawking OxiClean and other products on national commercials was found dead Sunday by his wife in their Tampa condominium.

ZSA ZSA RECOVERING AFTER HOSPITAL STAY

Zsa Zsa Gabor has been hospitalized for six days but is back at home recovering from a flulike illness.

Her husband, Prince Frederick von Anhalt, said yesterday the 92-year-old actress was treated at a hospital and released, but did not provide details on her condition.

The actress is partially paralyzed from a 2002 car accident, which forced her to use a wheelchair and walker. She also reportedly had a stroke in 2005.

STARS REALIGN FOR 'LAW & ORDER: SVU'

"Law & Order: SVU" stars Mariska Hargitay and Chris Meloni have signed contracts for another season.

That was in some doubt, with fans of the show wondering whether the actors might be replaced after their two-year contracts expired. NBC renewed the drama, its most popular scripted series, without knowing for sure whether they would be back.

A spokeswoman for producer Dick Wolf said the two stars will be back at work next week. Christine Lahti will join the show for the first four episodes of next season.
