The National Weather Service expects rough surf, reaching 7 to 9 feet, along the affected shorelines.

Elsewhere on Oahu today, expect surf of 8 to 12 feet along the North Shore, 1 to 3 feet along west-facing shores and 1 to 2 feet along south-facing shores.

Outlook through Monday, March 9: Rough stormy surf at advisory levels of 8 feet on the east shore will likely continue through Thursday.

A northwest swell late Sunday may approach advisory heights of 15 feet on north facing shores.
