NHL: Ovechkin practices, ready to face Crosby, Penguins

ARLINGTON, Va. — Alex Ovechkin is ready to return to the Washington Capitals' lineup.
The team says the NHL's reigning MVP and current goals leader will face Sidney Crosby and the Pittsburgh Penguins on Sunday.
Ovechkin missed one game — a 2-1 loss to Toronto on Thursday — with a bruised heel after getting hit on the skate by a puck during practice.
But he has gone through Saturday's full practice with the Southeast Division-leading Capitals, who have lost their past three games.
The Penguins are on a five-game winning streak.
