MADRID — Philipp Kohlschreiber and Nikolay Davydenko pulled out of the Madrid Open on Thursday with injuries.
Both players cited left leg injuries for their withdrawals, the ATP said.
Kohlschreiber was set to play Rafael Nadal in the third round on Thursday, while Davydenko faced Andy Roddick.
Nadal and Roddick both advanced into the quarterfinals.
