TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE: "GREY'S ANATOMY" SEASON FINALE, 8-10 P.M., ABC

On what is supposed to be the wedding day for Derek and Meredith, crises loom. The dangers of Izzie's brain surgery range from death to total memory loss.
Meanwhile, the hospital's ongoing soap opera continues: Mark and Lexie get more serious. Bailey is stunned by George's news; she also seems oddly unhappy about landing the pediatric fellowship she wanted. And a patient causes Owen to do some re-thinking.
Then, amid the individual crises, the doctors link to help an accident victim. It could be a strong finish to what has been — despite early quirks — a good season.

OTHER CHOICES

• "Ugly Betty," 7 p.m., ABC. There are two marriage proposals, ABC says, one of them leading to a wedding. Meanwhile, Betty works with Matt and Marc on a key photo shoot involving pop star Adele. Also, there's a power struggle between Wilhelmina (Vanessa Williams) and Claire (Judith Light).
• "Bones," 7 p.m., Fox. In an offbeat season finale, most of the regulars are murder suspects; so is Zack (Eric Millegan), who was a regular during the first three seasons. Guest stars include Motley Crue — yes, Tommy Lee, Vince Neil, etc. — and Ryan O'Neal.
• "Survivor," 7 p.m., CBS. Only five people remain — Stephen Fishbach, Taj Johnson-George, Erin Lobdell, "JT" Thomas and "Coach" Wade. One is eliminated tonight, setting up Sunday's finale.
• "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," 8 p.m., CBS. Ray Langston (Laurence Fishburne) was a college professor, not a cop, when he joined the "CSI" team. Now, for the first time, he has to use deadly force, in this season finale. That centers on a case involving chips from a long-departed casino; Gerald McRaney and Cynthia Watros are guest stars.
• "Hell's Kitchen" finale, 8 p.m., Fox. Two young Florida chefs have their final face-off tonight, with the winner becoming head chef at an Atlantic City casino. Danny Veltri, 23 when this edition started, works in Sarasota. Paula DaSilva, 28 when the show started, was born in Brazil, but grew up in her family's restaurants in the U.S., then began working in Coconut Creek.
• "Southland," 9 p.m., NBC. As a uniformed cop who grew up rich, Ben's two worlds rarely merge. Tonight, there have been Bel Air break-ins and a friend is one of the victims; Ben ducks proper procedure.
• "CSI:NY," 9 p.m., CBS. In a transplanted season finale, there's an ambush during a prison transfer; one team member is killed and another is in critical condition. Craig T. Nelson guests as the prisoner's business-magnate dad, with Nelly playing an informant.
