The man who died when the tractor trailer he was driving overturned on the Ewa off-ramp of H-1 Freeway yesterday was identified this morning as Russell J. Fox, 51, of Waipahu, by the Honolulu Medical Examiner’s Office.

The crash also injured an adolescent boy who was a passenger in the truck.
A cause of death has yet to be determined.
The accident was one of three separate Oahu motor-vehicle crashes that claimed two lives and injured three yesterday.
