Fitness expert Eden Monteilh is offering a circuit/boot camp for athletes who want to cross-train or those seeking motivation to get fit. Called Outdoor TRX, it's offered at Kaka'ako Waterfront Park on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, 'Ewa Beach on Mondays and Kapolei on Tuesdays. The first class is free, so there's no risk to try it out. If you like it, sign up for $20 per class, $72 for four, $100 for six or $125 for eight sessions.
Monteilh never does the same workout twice and uses her psychology degree to motivate. Information and registration: www.fitwizhawaii.com.
