Small craft advisory in effect
A Small Craft Advisory remains in effect over all Hawaiian waters.
Fresh to strong trade winds and high seas will continue through Saturday morning, according to the National Weather Service in Honolulu.
Boaters can expect winds of 25 to 30 knots and seas 10 feet or higher until 6 a.m. Saturday.
A Small Craft Advisory means winds of 25 to 33 knots and/or seas of 10 feet or greater that produce hazardous conditions for small craft. Inexperienced mariners in smaller vessels should avoid the water.
