Two teenage boys took another teen's wallet and struck him from behind as he tried to board a bus on Kamehameha Highway and Waimano Home Road at 11:45 p.m Saturday, police said.

The 16-year-old told police he didn't know the other teens who asked him for $1 for TheBus.

The teen demanded his wallet back from the two, police said. They hit him for a second time before a police officer on patrol arrested the two teens for investigation of robbery in the second degree.

The teens were released pending further investigation, police said.
