Police are investigating an accident that left a motorcyclist in critical condition in Village Park.

Paramedics took a man in his 50s, who appeared to be the operator of the motorcycle, to a nearby hospital following the 7:55 p.m. incident tonight, said Bryan Cheplic, Honolulu Emergency Services Department spokesman.
The accident occurred on Kunia Road at Kupuna Loop, police said.
