Gourmet magazine executive chef and TV personality Sara Moulton with join Halekulani executive chef Vikram Garg to host a quartet of guests celebrating the foods of Asia in a November weekend food festival.

The event Nov. 13-15 will include seminars, chef-led farm and mrket tours, hands-on cooking demonstrations and cocktails parties focused on the foods of Vietnam, Japan and India with guests Trinh Diem Vy, chef owner of Morning Glory Streetfood Cooking School in Hoi An, Vietnam; chef Amit Chowdhury of Taj Mahal Hotl in New Delhi, India; chef Nobuo Nagumo of Myojinkan/The Ryokan Collection in Japan and mixologoist Julie Reiner of Flatiron and the Clover Clubs in New York.
