MLB: Lind, Blue Jays sign $18 million, 4-year deal

HOUSTON — The Toronto Blue Jays have signed outfielder Adam Lind to a four-year contract worth $18 million.
The Blue Jays announced the deal before Saturday's exhibition game in Houston. The contract runs until 2013, and includes club options through the 2016 season.
The 26-year-old Lind hit .305 last year with 35 home runs and 114 RBIs.
