Wind, rain and waves in Isle forecast
Advertiser Staff
The National Weather Service says Hawaii is in for a bit of everything the next two days.
Today and tomorrow, it will be partly sunny during the day and mostly cloudy at night. There will be numerous windward and mauka showers and scattered leeward showers. And it will be breezy, with east winds at 15 to 25 mph.
Highs will be 78 to 83 degrees and lows 65 to 70.
Meanwhile, an incoming north-northwest swell is expected to increase today, bringing surf along north- and west-facing shores to near advisory levels.
The weather service says this swell will decline on Thursday, but a comparable swell will replace it. A south swell also is expected to build later this week.
