Experts to lead archaeological tour in Kailua Saturday

Anthropologist Paul Brennan and conservationist Chuck Burrows will lead an archaeological and historical tour from Ulupo Heiau in Kawai Nui Marsh to Lili'uokalani's Retreat and Kukapoki Heiau in Maunawili Valley from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday.
The tour will touch on Hawaiian land management and Chinese and Japanese farming in Maunawili.
Reservations are required and limited to the first 30 people. A donation of $10 is requested.
