Learn how to grow, harvest, and roast your own coffee at “Coffee: From Bean to Cup,” 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. tomorrow at the University of Hawaii's Lyon Arborteum, 3860 Manoa Road.
The program will take participants through the process of planting coffee, picking berries and roasting the beans. Also there will be a short hike to see some of the arboretum's coffee varieties and learn about pruning and care, finish with a coffee tasting, including the arboretum's specialty coffee.
