Nebraska keeps moving up in the AP Top 25 women's basketball poll, while North Carolina has dropped to its lowest ranking in eight years.
Connecticut remains No. 1 for a record 38th straight week, and again was a unanimous choice after receiving all 40 first-place votes from a national media panel Monday.
Stanford stays No. 2 with Nebraska up a spot to No. 3. Notre Dame is No. 4 with Tennessee remaining No. 5.
Stanford is no longer unanimous at No. 2 as Nebraska received one second-place vote. The Cornhuskers defeated then-No. 10 Oklahoma State and No. 12 Texas A&M last week to move past Notre Dame.
North Carolina dropped nine places to No. 18 after losses to then-No. 15 Florida State and Miami.
