Winter Olympics: Women's downhill training canceled due to weather

WHISTLER, British Columbia — It's another weather wipeout: Sunday's women's downhill training has been canceled.
It's the third women's training session that has been wiped out at the Olympics. The International Ski Federation says heavy rain and snow forced the training runs to be called off.
Rules require that at least one training session be held before a downhill race and the women's downhill is scheduled for Wednesday. That leaves only two more days to get a training in.
Warm temperatures mixed with snow, rain and fog have wreaked havoc with the Alpine skiing portion of the games, with both the men and the women yet to hold a race.
