Taryn Manning will join the cast in the remake of “Hawaii Five-0,” starring as Mary Ann McGarrett, the younger sister of detective Steve McGarrett, CBS said today.

She recently appeared in “Melrose Place” and as a recurring role in “Sons of Anarchy.” She also appeared in the film “Hustle & Flow.”
Last week, CBS announced it had cast Alex O’Loughlin in the lead role of McGarrett and “Lost” regular Daniel Dae Kim as Chin Ho Kelly.
CBS plans to begin filming the pilot for the new “Hawaii Five-0” next month.
