MADD to host grief, bereavement seminar

MADD Hawaii will this Saturday host a �Grief and Bereavement Seminar� at The Queen�s Conference Center, 510 S. Beretania St.
The seminar, set for 9 a.m. to noon, offers victims and the community an opportunity to learn different techniques for coping, healing and surviving the loss of a loved one. The free event is tailored for victims, survivors, family, friends and colleagues.

Guest speakers include: Mary Essig-Morrow, �Coping with Tragedy;� Anne Sage, a certified therapist, �Giving yourself permission to grieve;� and Brother Jack Isbell, Order of the Franciscans of the Holy Cross and Hawaii Pacific University professor of social work and psychology, �Stages of Grief.�
Mothers Against Drunk Driving�s mission is to stop drunk driving, support the victims of this violent crime and prevent underage drinking. To RSVP seminar attendance, call MADD Hawaii at 808-532-6232.
