Man arrested in hotel room with drugs, stolen brassieres
A 29-year-old man was arrested at a Waikīkī hotel Monday after security guards reported finding drugs, drug paraphernalia and two stolen brassieres in the man's hotel room.
Police said the guards, who work at the hotel on Seaside Avenue, entered the man's room after receiving numerous noise complaints.
The guards reported finding illicit drugs on a dresser and a man asleep on the bed.
On the floor near the bed, the guards also found two bras, both of which were identified as having been taken during a burglary in an adjacent room, police said.
Police said it was determined that the man had climbed over a balcony railing and entered the room next door through an unlocked sliding door.
The man was arrested on suspicion of first-degree burglary, third-degree promotion of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree promotion of detrimental drugs.
