New Mobi PCS cell site will enhance 3G coverage in Halawa area
Mobi PCS activated a new Oahu cellular site that will enhance its 3G network in the Halawa Industrial Park and Foster Village residential area.
The new sited also strengthens coverage along the H-3 Freeway from the Harano Tunnel to the H-3, H-1 and Moanalua Freeway interchange, Mobi said.
The Halawa Valley cell site is the third that the company has activated to date this year. Other new sites are in Yokohama Bay on Oahu and in Ka’u on the Big Island.
