HONOLULU � The Hawaii Republican Party�s annual Lincoln Day Dinner will feature GOP strategist Karl Rove as the keynote speaker.

Those attending Friday�s dinner in the Coral Ballroom of the Hilton Hawaiian Village will also hear from Gov. Linda Lingle, Lt. Gov. James �Duke� Aiona and Honolulu City Councilman Charles Djou.
Rove has became synonymous with ruthless but effective campaign tactics. He was the mastermind of George W. Bush�s two successful presidential runs and his top political adviser in White House.
Since leaving the Bush administration in 2007, Rove has been a Fox News contributor, as well as a Wall Street Journal and Newsweek columnist.
Rove�s memoir, �Courage and Consequence,� is to be released March 9.
