Waimanalo man, 22, identified as victim in New Year's Day shooting

The medical examiner�s office has identified the victim of a New Year�s Day shooting in Waipahu as Kamuela Kaleikilo, 22, of Waimanalo.
The exact cause of death is pending toxicology reports, the medical examiner�s office said.
Police have charged Chadwick Tadly, 37, with second-degree murder.
