Family counselors and authors David and Lisa Frisbie will be at Borders SuperStore in Waikele Center this Saturday to talk about their books about parenting and family life.
Founders of The Center for Marriage and Family Studies in Southern California, the Frisbies study challenges and issues tied to the post-divorce family: single parenting, remarriage, blended families and stepfamilies, and divorce recovery.
The Borders store will offer recent titles including “Moving Forward After Divorce,” which has recently gone to a third printing and is popular in various church congregations; and “Raising Great Kids On Your Own” (single parenting).
