Hawaiian Airlines flies record 8.3 million passengers last year
Hawaiian Airlines said it flew a record 8.3 million passenger last year.
The state’s largest carrier topped its previous record of 7.9 million set in 2008.
Hawaiian, founded in 1929, said its December passenger count was up 8.8 percent to 700,967. The airline said its planes were 83.6 percent full during the month, up from December 2008’s 79.5 percent.
