'Lost' fans can relax: Obama won't deliver address during premiere
"Lost" fans who've been lighting up the Web with concerns about President Obama delivering his State of the Union speech on Feb. 2 — the show's final season premiere — can breathe easy: It won't happen.
White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said today he “doesn’t foresee a scenario in which millions of people that hope to finally get some conclusion in ‘Lost’ are preempted by the president," according to a CNN report.
Gibbs was responding to a question from ABC correspondent Ann Compton during an afternoon press briefing.
No word on when the president will deliver his address.
