Documentary about Hawaiian youth on remote islands during WWII screens tomorrow

“Under a Jarvis Moon,” a new documentary about young Hawaiians from Kamehameha Schools who were sent to colonize Jarvis, Baker and Howland islands in the late 1930s, will be screened tomorrow at 6 p.m. at The ARTS at Marks Garage.
Two of the colonists, George Kahanu and Paul Philips, plan to attend.
The event is free.
