Third-ranked Stanford, spurred by the play of several Hawai'i high school graduates, swept visiting Hawai'i for the second straight night — winning the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation men's volleyball match, 30-23, 30-26, 30-19, yesterday.

Spencer McLachlin (Punahou) had 13 kills, Brad Lawson ('Iolani) added 11 kills, Kawika Shoji ('Iolani) contributed 41 assists and Erik Shoji (Punahou) chipped in 14 digs for the Cardinal (2-0 overall, 2-0 MPSF).

Jonas Umlauft and Joshua Walker each had 11 kills, and Matt Rawson added nine kills for the eighth-ranked Warriors (2-3, 0-2).
