Eastbound lanes closed on Moanalua Freeway from Cement Truck overturning

A cement truck has overturned on the Moanalua Freeway, closing the east bound lanes for at least two hours, the Honolulu Police Department says.
The driver of the truck, a man in his 40s, was taken to the hospital in serious condition, said Bryan Cheplic, city Emergency Services Department spokesman. The accident occurred at about 12:30 p.m. and closed the Kamehameha on-ramp to the freeway.
