Honolulu's unemployment rate among lowest for cities

Honolulu continues to have one of the lowest unemployment rates of 372 cities tracked by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
The seasonally not-adjusted rate of 5.2 percent for Honolulu tied it with Billings, Montana as the 14th lowest, according to figures released by the agency.
Bismark, North Dakota had the distinction of having the lowest level of joblessness of the cities at 3.6 percent. El Centro, California had a rate of 27.9 percent, the highest in the survey.
