Times Supermarkets will be giving away groceries during today�s grand reopening event at its Kamehameha Shopping Center location, formerly a Star Market.

On hand will be Times officials, local celebrities, former NFL player Jesse Sapolu and community residents for the ribbon-cutting ceremony, tour of the new store and announcement of the winner of shopping cart filled with groceries.
The event is from 4 to 6 p.m.
QSI Inc., the parent of Times Supermarkets, announced last July that the company signed an agreement to acquire all seven Star Market stores on O'ahu, Maui and Kaua'i.
