Police are investigating a report filed by a 21-year-old man who said he was sexually assaulted early this morning in the parking lot of an elementary school in Aiea.

The man said the stranger picked him up at a shopping center about 3 a.m. and drove to the school where he threatened him with a knife and sexually assaulted him.
Police did not identify the shopping center or the school.
The case was classified as a first-degree sexual assault, attempted first-degree sexual assault and a kidnapping.
The investigation is continuing.
