Pacific Office Properties has signed a deal to handle all of the Honolulu office leasing for Bishop Street Commercial.

More than 1.6 million square feet of office space is involved, making the agreement, effective April 1, the largest commercial leasing assignment in Hawaii history, according to the announcement made jointly by the two companies.
Properties include the Davies Pacific Center, Pan Am Building, First Insurance Center, Waterfront Plaza, Clifford Building, PBN Building and the Bank of Hawaii Waikiki Center.
Pacific Office Properties is a real estate investment trust launched in 2008 by The Shidler Group.
