A 20-year-old man was arrested early this morning after he was found rummaging through a car parked near the Keeaumoku Street area.

Police said a 48-year-old man reported seeing the younger man breaking into a car belonging to his neighbor.
Officers were sent to the scene where they found the suspect still in the car, searching through it.
After a brief struggle, the man in the car was arrested on suspicion of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.
