Hospice offering workshop on how to cope with grief
St. Francis Hospice will offer a free workshop on March 30 to help people who have recently lost a loved one express their grief.
The workshop, from 1 to 3 p.m., will touch on how people can express grief through "music, movement and sound."
The workshop will be led by Kauakea Winston, who will talk about how she used journaling, poetry, photography and a Web site to help her grieve after the loss of her husband.
The gathering will be held in the fifth floor auditorium at the Hawaii Medical Center-West's Clinical Service Center in 'Ewa Beach.
