Police arrested an 11-year-old girl yesterday for allegedly threatening to kill a 10-year-old classmate at an Ewa Beach school last month.

The classmate, a boy, told police the girl threatened to kill him about 7 a.m. April 14 while holding a pocket knife.

Police said a notebook found in the girl's possession had several pages that contained threatening remarks towards the boy.

The girl was suspended from school following the incident and was arrested at 2:50 p.m. yesterday, police said.
