The Waiakea High School boys volleyball team swept visiting McKinley yesterday afternoon to secure the 12th and final berth for this week's New City Nissan/HHSAA State Championships.

Waiakea (14-3) won 25-15, 25-18, 25-23 and plays Kalani in tomorrow's first-round match at McKinley.
