A rubbish truck making its rounds brought down a utility pole on Kaaha Street this morning.

The accident was reported shortly before 8 a.m.

Kaaha Street is off Kapiolani Boulevard near Date Street.

The driver of the Honolulu Disposal Service truck told police the truck snagged a low-haning wire, which brough the pole down onto the truck.

There were no reports of injury.
