Honolulu Board of Water Supply crews early this morning completed repairs on a 6-inch main that forced the closure of a portion of Lusitana Street.

The break was reported about noon yesterday at 1912 Lusitana. The street was closed between Pauoa Road and Auwaiolimu Street. A water wagon was placed in the area and a spigot was attached to a fire hydrant to provide water to 15 affected homes.

Water was restored to the homes about 1 a.m. and the road was reopened to traffic by 4 a.m.
